January brings New Years resolutions that come from a space of wanting to change and fix something. Well let me tell you, you are not broken and do not need to be fixed.  You are a beautiful human growing and evolving.  So this year, what if you really started to focus on the things that make you happy, not the things you have to or should do?  Often we put our needs last!! We line up behind our significant others, family members, friends, and co-workers. We put everyone else’s needs first.  We feel guilty if we put ourselves first.  What if the reset button was about filling your life with experiences that filled your heart with joy, made your soul sing, and reflected you? What if you spent this year not trying to change your body or your environment, or pleasing everyone else, but focused on making yourself a priority? Feel into this! How would it feel to eat delicious foods that nurished your body and brought you joy, instead of following a strict diet eliminating foods and depriving yourself? How would you feel to move your body in a way that brings pleasure, versus pushing your body to its limits? How would you feel to do things you want to do versus feeling obligated to do what everyone else wants to do? Allow 2020 to be the year you start to please yourself, put yourself first, and do the things that you LOVE!
